We are happy to be able to provide this program with special pricing to students from various academic institutions. Furthermore, if your school has already partnered with Harvardname, you can participate in the program completely free of charge. When you sign up, you will get a fully-featured hosting account that you can use for your coursework, to build a website, create your own mailbox, etc.
You can use part of your high Institution e-mail address to create another email address to sign up for this service. In other word , you can use any other email address of your choice. Upon registration, our system will use your e-mail to verify that you are eligible for the program. After which your Account will be created.
Upon registration, there are three options regarding domains:
1. Use your own pre-existing domain
2. Buy a new domain (all common extensions .com, .net, etc. available)
3. Transfer your existing Domain Name to Us.
If you choose to register a new domain name, think carefully about what address you want to use. You CAN pick a domain name that includes all/part of your name, but you don't have to. (Sometimes, picking a domain that reflects your name will make it more likely that people will find it when they search for you on the Web.)
